Raghava Lawrence is an Indian choreographer, actor, director, composer, and a playback singer. He made his debut as a choreographer in 1993 and as an actor in 1998 in a Telugu film. In 2001, he adopted the name "Lawrence" and worked for many prominent actors and directors in Tamil Cinema throughout his career. He made his breakthrough with the Telugu film Style and then Muni.
He is also known for his intricate hip-hop and westernized dance movements and has also won four Filmfare Awards and three Nandi Awards for best choreography. He set up a charity trust in 2015 after the death of the former Indian president A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and named it after him and also donated 1 crore to charity.
