Kavita a rich widow has a son Sanjay, who is a medical student. Sanjay falls in love with Anita whose aunt Dr. Kanchan agrees to and both sides agree to the wedding. Kavita plans to meet Anita's father and is shocked to that he was the one who informs her of her inability to have children. Dr. Kanchan's step brother Rakesh blackmails Kanchan to expose the truth that Sanjay is her son. Kanchan ends up killing Rakesh and Sanjay find out about the truth. Sanjay accepts his mother and he gets married to Anita.
