Tara's father wants only the Jatt community to stay in Punjab and he mistakes his lady love Mira to be a Punjabi. He learns that she belongs to the caste that her father is biased against. Tara requests Mira's family to pretend to be Jatts which leads to a series of confusions and chaos.
