This remake of the hindhi blockbuster hit 'Aitraaz' is about a Happily married man Rajakumar who gets dragged to court for seducing his Old age Boss's young wife Sonia. Rajakumar is hired by a big company and he comes to know that he was hired by Sonia, who happens to be the CEO of the company and five years ago his girlfriend who had aborted his child and left him for another rich man. Sonia hires him to satisfy her lust but when he declines, she falsely accuses him of attempting to rape her. Priya who happens to be a lawyer comes to her husband's rescue and finds solid evidence to prove her husband's innocence.
