Shanthakumaran Sreesanth who was born on the 6th of February, 1983, is a former right-arm fast-medium-pace bowler and a right-handed tail-ender batsman who played for the Indian cricket team. He has played for the Kerala state and also for Rajastha Royals in the Indian Premier League. In September 2013, he was banned for life from playing cricket by the BCCI, for his involvement in the spot-fixing scam in the 2013 edition of the Indian Premier League. He is currently acting in the Malayalam-Telugu-Tamil trilingual Team 5 which is stated to release mid-2017.
