The movie tells the story of the unchecked use of torture during the 1980’s to mid-1990’s by the police in Punjab. It is a fictionalized tale inspired by real events of that period. It tells the story of Kartar Singh Baaz and Rajwant Singh through the eyes of an NRI girl Sharon who is in India for research for her thesis.
