The story revolves around the bonding between a grandfather and his grandson. Elango has been responsible for taking care of his mother and sister from a young age. He was brought up by his grandfather, who is a farmer. He falls in love with a girl from his village and faces a situation where he has to choose between his family and lover. His grandfather warns him about the repercussions of going after a girl when his family needs his time and attention. However, Elango can’t let go off her, as he believes that she has bought happiness to his life.
