Vikram is a poor college student who lives with his widowed grandmother. Vikram falls in love with a wealthy lady named Shweta sangwan. Initially he fails at wooing her but ultimately wins her heart after he rescues her. But things turn worse, when Shwetha's father Rana Ranjit singh plans to sabotage their relationship in order to marry Swetha off to a rich man.
