This emotionally charged love story follows the tried and tested formula: Milan is a handsome and fearless young man who always stands up against injustice and exploitation. He is from a severely impoverished background and comes to the city from a remote village in search of gainful employment.
In the city, he meets and falls in love with Bulbul, a beautiful young woman from a wealthy family with very high status. When her family come to know about their love affair, their rejection is complete and violent. Will the young lovers manage to stay alive and unite in the holy bond of matrimony?
