Marudhu’s son is dying and the only way to save him is to find a child of the same age and harvest his organs. Adhiyamaan's son is a potential donor. When Marudhu’s men come calling, luckily, Adhiyamaan comes to know about their intentions and tries to protect his son. But the gangsters block all entries and exits from the multi-storey apartment making it challange to protect the boy.
