Cagil Nurhak Aydogdu was born in 1981 and graduated from Izmir Dokuz Eylül University, from the Department of Cinema TV Directorship in 2004. She has worked as a 1st AD and Second Unit Director for approximately 20 projects in Turkish TV and cinema since 2006. The Half is her directorial debut.
