Akeera (2016)

This youthful tale of terror revolves around a grand bungalow, and the paranormal events that happen within its doors.

Sanju is a carefree young man, who starts an interior designing company along with his friends. When they get a contract to spruce up a grand bungalow, they are very excited.

However, when they reach the guesthouse they find that they have competition in the form of Akshaya and her team, who also own an interior design firm.

In the end, they decide to work together, but while they begin work within the bungalow, many weird and scary paranormal events begin to happen. The house seems to be haunted by a vengeful spirit. Can they identify the reasons for the haunting? How will they face the dangers that await them? What will the future hold in store for them?
