Avi and his cousin Basha love partying and do not take life too seriously. Avi’s father tries to instill the value of money in his son before giving up and sending him to India on a month-long ‘vacation’ with his cousin. Once there, the duo is forced to make ends meet and live on a monthly stipend of Rs 5000 in a slum. On the other hand, is the Finance Minister who believes a common man can live on Rs 38 per day and his son Bhargav who’s gearing up to take over the reins from his father. How their paths cross, and if Avi ever learns his lesson is what ABCD is all about.
