There is a sheet of paper on which the national park's rules are printed. One of the park officers states that those are in English on the front and in Hindi on the back. However, there are several other shots in which it is plain that the back of the sheets is blank.
The 3 tigers, in the scene in which they corner Vivek Oberoi and John Abraham against the jeep, are the same tigers used in the movie Gladiator.

Vivek Oberoi was originally offered the role of Kali Pratap Singh, but couldn't do it because it did not fit his schedule. Later on, he accepted to role of Dev.

Priyanka Chopra was offered the role of Riya, but she couldn't due to other commitments.

This was meant to be Kajol's comeback venture, alongside her husband. However, she couldn't accept due to other commitments.

The protagonist's name, Kali Pratap Singh, is a reference to Veer-Zaara, in which, Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar had acted and designed the costumes, respectively.

Saif Ali Khan was offered the role of Dev Malohtra, but he declined.

Nana Patekar was originally offered the role of Kali Pratap Singh. Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor were also offered roles, but both turned them down, as they had a mixed feeling about the offer.
