Back in action
Diwali 2006: Dhoom Machale once again!
After the initial robbery of the Crown in the desert when Mr A is escaping the guards, and is sand-surfing, a separate trail track is clearly visible on the sand. Its obvious that there is a retake and the film-maker did not clean the earlier tracks.

When the police officer explains he has understood the pattern of the thief 'A', he quotes his previous thefts (Paris and London) then explains all the locations of his acts draws a big 'A' on the map. Then he shows the map, but neither London nor Paris are figured on the map.

Factual Mistake
Shonali says that a Mauser 9mm does 3000FPS. In reality no handgun can do that. Only assault rifles like the AK, M16AI can deliver a muzzle velocity of that magnitude. Mauser 9mm can have a muzzle velocity around 2000-2200 FPS.

Errors in Geography
In the chase sequence towards the movie's end, while in Brazil, Aryan and Sunehri are shown driving their bike on the left side of the road along with the other traffic, when vehicles drive on the right side of the road in Brazil. This is because the chase scene was in fact filmed in Durban, South Africa.

While watching the movie "Cars" in a theatre Aryan, Jai and Sunehri are shown to be talking for barely 5 minutes. But the scenes of the movie which are shown in the middle of their conversations are very far apart. This is not possible because they have been talking for barely 5 minutes.

In the initial song of the movie, A's shirt changes from having dirt stains, to clean, back to dirt stains in continuous shots.
This is the first pairing of Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after many close tries. They were supposed to be in a movie directed by Tanuja Chandra but it wasn't possible.

The shooting of this movie was delayed because of a flood that damaged the new Yash Raj studio.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was told to lose weight by Aditya Chopra after gaining it for Bride & Prejudice.

The first Bollywood movie to be filmed in Brazil.

1,200 prints of this movie were released in Indian cinemas, the biggest for any Bollywood movie.

Priyanka Chopra was originally offered the part of Shonali Bose, but she declined.

The entire lead cast had to attend vigorous training in order to get into shape for the film. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had to lose weight, and Hrithik Roshan had to gain it.

After the release of Krrish, Sanjay Gadhvi re-shot some of the stunts to make them superior.

The kissing scene between Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan caused a court case for obscenity.

Bipasha Basu lived on oranges for the three days before shooting her bikini scene.
