Ganapathi is a broker with many political links and government connections. He acts as a middleman for various illegal transactions and takes commission for the same. His enabling of such illegal activities leads to various societal damages, including a flyover collapsing, in which he loses his son. His wife finds out about his corruptions and decides to leave him. When Ganapathi means Dharmateja, a man who was once a corrupt police officer, but made some choices to refine his life, Ganapathi also realizes that he needs break out of the vicious cycle. He then sets about correcting his life and actions.
