This evocative romantic drama tells the tale of a blind violinist, Raghu (Kamal Haasan), and a young lady, Nancy (Madhavi) who is keen on chronicling Raghu's inspiring life as a visually impaired but independently living person. Their relationship blossoms into a romance that is supported by Nancy's lighthearted and comical grandfather (L.V. Prasad). However, Nancy's father David is against their relationship and forces her to marry someone else. Will Raghu and Nancy's love succeed against all odds?
