This fantasy drama follows the incredible experiences of two young brothers as they struggle to fend for themselves, while their single mother is forced to get embroiled in a dark lifestyle after facing economic difficulties. Meanwhile the elder of the two brothers is burdened with the responsibility of caring for his younger brother because of the absence of their mother and gets into trouble with the town's feared bully, while trying to help to get some money to help his mother. Afterward, he uncovers a road leading to an underwater utopia.
