One day Raj Shekhar murders his friend and partner Madan and cunningly entraps Vasanthi's grandfather for the crime. He's arrested on the murder charge and put behind bars. Not one to take such injustice lying down, Vasanthi's grandfather escapes from prison to kill Raj Shekhar, but is overpowered and murdered by Raj Shekhar. Kamal, with the help of Vasanthi starts investigating the murder of Madan, and the reasons for his death at the hands of Raj Shekhar.
