Venu and Anu meet and after a complex sequence of events, they end up absolutely hating each other. However, due to the presence of a common friend, Bose, they find themselves forced to spend time together.

Venu and Bose are best friends, and soon Venu comes to know that Bose is in love with Anu. However, Anu does not reciprocate Bose's love, and instead falls in love with Venu. Being a loyal and true friend, Bose sets aside his own emotions and gives his blessing to Anu and Venu. However, will Venu succeed in setting aside his negative beliefs about the institution of marriage and agree to commit to Anu?
