Years later, his son grows up an become a police inspector like his dad; inspector Vijay Kumar Srivastav; but he's nothing like his father. He turns a blind eye to criminal activities, is totally corrupt and accepts bribes to let off petty crooks.
Then, the entire city is abuzz with news of a man in black clothing who calls himself "Shahenshah"; he operates as a Judge in the night, giving his verdict against his victims and killing them, executioner style.
