Embedded with quirky comedy and charged emotions, this multi-layered romantic drama delves into the life of Nandagopal (Jayaram), a handsome and successful man, who works as a managing director in a company. His good looks and success are a magnet for women, and he is loved by many, especially Anju. However, when Abhirami (Kushboo), also known as Ammu, a carefree college student, falls in love with Nandagopal at first sight and relentlessly pursues him, he reciprocates and marries her. However, Raja (Raja Ravindar) who was infatuated with Ammu in college, feels betrayed by her choice of mate, and becomes obsessed with taking revenge upon her. Raja begins to compel Ammu, and tries to forcibly marry her. One day, Raja hugs Ammu in front of Nandagopal, leading him to believe that his wife is having an illicit extramarital affair with her classmate from college. How will Nandagopal react to the perceived betrayal from his wife? Will the loving couple people sort out the misunderstandings and save their marriage, or will Raja's revenge really be a success?
