Where did you watch this movie?

Laden with laughs, this offbeat romantic drama follows the fluctuating fortunes in the life of Unnikrishnan, an unemployed young man who is heavily burdened under debt. Unable to pay back his loans, he takes a desperate decision and attempts suicide, hoping that the life insurance policy would pay back his debts. He jumps into the sea and gets drawn into its depths. However, miraculously he gets caught in the fishing nets of Gangadharan and Ramanan and reaches a distant place. Perhaps due to his shocked silence, they mistake him to be a deaf-mute, rescue him and allow him to reside at the 'Punjabi House'. Delighted to be able to make a fresh beginning and unburdened from the debts of his past, Unni turns a new leaf in life, and even befriends a young, mute woman Pooja. Will the happiness in this new milieu hold good? Or will his past and his inadvertent deception come back to haunt him?
