This soulful romantic drama revolves around the fluctuating fortunes in the life of Ravi, a handsome young man who is haunted by the death of his girlfriend. When his mental health begins to suffer as a result of his mourning, his father Madanagopal and a friend, Raju hatch a plan to take him overseas to get him treatment for his illness. At this critical juncture in his life, he meets his childhood friend Nirmala (Rati Agnihotri) who comes as a breath of fresh air and breathes renewed hope and love into his life. With the help of Nirmala and Raju, Ravi gets better. Now the story becomes more action oriented and delves into how Ravi's uncle tries to kill him to get his hands on his fortune and how Ravi overcomes his uncle.
