During the scene when Louisa watches the birthday video on Will's Mac, you will notice the left side of her face deforming from bad keying/roto due to the green screen.

Factual Mistake
It looks in the film as if Will has tried to cut his wrists in a suicide attempt, though this would be physically impossible to do this due to his quadriplegia. It is in fact explained in the book that he ran himself in his wheelchair into a sharp edge multiple times.

Janet McTeer plays Jaquetta Woodville in The White Queen (2013), the mother of Elizabeth Woodville, an important character during the Wars of the Roses. Charles Dance plays the father of Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones (2011). Elizabeth Woodville is one of the historical figures, Cersei Lannister is supposed to be based upon. McTeer and Dance are playing a couple in this movie.

In Me Before You, Lou Clarke gets a tattoo of a bumble bee. Emilia Clarke's first tattoo was also of a bumble bee on her finger.

The cover picture is actually a shot from the wedding scene except they changed the color of the dress and removed the flower from her hair
