Jee Lene Do Ek Pal (2016)

Evocative and provocative, this socially relevant drama revolves around Nayak, who is a hard-working man from a backward village that barely has basic necessities. He loves his wife with all his heart and leads a simple but happy existence.

On one occasion, Nayak travels to the city and ends up staying at a friend's place, who actually happens to be a pimp. That night, a sex worker, who is infected with AIDS attempts to infect Nayak's friend but fails to do so, as he is aware of her plans. However, on the next morning, Nayak becomes involved with her and gets infected.

As he suffers from the tremendous repercussions of his action, he begs forgiveness from his wife. Will his wife forgive him? How will Nayak's family face their challenges?
