"Sundari Tota" is inhabited by the tribal people. The landlord Rashbihari Samanrai , who owned the "Sundari Tota" inclined to donate the same land to Sadhu Baba for construction of Ashram. But his elder son Anu, who wants to establish a factory on the same site opposes it and also his younger son Arup, who has love interest with the daughter of tribal head tries to stop the construction as well.
