Trivia:
This was the last released film of Amitabh Bachchan who temporarily retired from films in 1992.

Two of this film's stars Vinod Mehra and Nutan died before the film's delayed release in 1994.

Amitabh Bachchan was initially signed for a guest appearance in the movie, but whilst in production he was given a full fledged role, leaving him to be the leading hero of the film.

This film was originally set for release in 1991 but had production problems and it finally released in 1994.

Vinod Mehra and Nutan who had prominent roles in this film died before the film was completed. Their remaining scenes were re-written not to involve them after their death.

As part of the marketing campaign, the makers decided to give away the jacket, which Amitabh Bachchan wore in the film. All the individuals who had the correct answer were put in a draw and a winner was chosen. This strategy for promotion worked really well for the film.

Sunny Deol's voice was apparently dubbed by someone else as he had fallen off the horse.

This was the last of Amitabh's films to be completed before his temporary retirement in 1992, the film was delayed since 1991, was finally released in 1994, but failed at the box office.

Anil Kapoor was initially signed to play Sunny Deols role. He left the film due to date problems.
