Factual Mistake
At one point the devil says that Labor Day is Hitler's Birthday. Labor Day is celebrated on the first Monday in September and Hitler's birthday is April 20th - but then it was the Devil who said it, so maybe he was lying.

Continuity
When Skeet Mecklenburger is introduced, one of the two seats behind him is empty. In the next shot, a beachgoer is sitting in the chair with a drink.
