Helen Lydia Mirren was born on the 26th of July 1945 and is an English actor who began her career with the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1967, and also is one of the few performers to have achived the Triple Crown of Acting. She has won many Awards and Accolades including an Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance as Queen Elizabeth II in The Queen, An Olivier Award for Best Actress for her performance in The Audience, a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play for her Broadway performance, three consecutive BAFTA Awards for Best Actress between 1992 and 1994 and an Emmy Award in 1996 for her performance in the British television series Prime Suspect.
